Hi! I bet 0.01 btc on Satoshidice and won .02 but right after i sent .01 btc i got a payment of .03 and it WAS NOT from Satoshidice. Did somebody actually send .03 btc by accident?

you can check the address anytime cuz most of the satoshi's addresses are tagged!! if someone do it by mistake then consider yourself lucky

So what's the problem? Maybe you're new at gambling, but when you win, you get your original wager back in addition to your winnings. The BTC0.03 payment is the BTC0.02 that you won plus your original BTC0.01 back.

or perhaps gox is redistributing their hard stolen wealth a little at a time amongst random recipients.

So what's the problem? Maybe you're new at gambling, but when you win, you get your original wager back in addition to your winnings. The BTC0.03 payment is the BTC0.02 that you won plus your original BTC0.01 back.
