Announcing...

Coinage

Run your own cryptocurrency index fund

Coinage is a service that helps you diversify your cryptocurrency holdings: You choose how many distinct assets that you want to hold, then connect one or more cryptocurrency exchange accounts. Our allocation software will trade on your behalf as needed to keep your overall portfolio market-cap weighted.

Your assets can be spread across multiple exchange accounts (minimizing impact in the event of an exchange failure). You own and control each of your exchange accounts. Optionally, you can link a hardware wallet to your portfolio and store a large portion of your portfolio value off-exchange.

Pricing:
https://coinage.fund/#pricing
The service is totally free for portfolios less than $1,000 in value.
No payment information needed to register.

See a demo portfolio:

Register for your own portfolio:
https://coinage.fund/#register

Security information: We do not take custody of your cryptocurrency, it will be stored across exchange accounts that you own and control. We will have permission to place trades within your exchange accounts (not to withdraw funds). We take security of the API keys used to place trades within your accounts very seriously (all API-key data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and only available at specific times on specific machines responsible for servicing your account). We recommend that you keep the majority of your Bitcoin holdings on a hardware wallet (we will monitor this through the blockchain and do not need your private key).

I tried the demo and wasn't able to find the section to place the trades. Or does the site only collect data from the connected accounts and perform no trading actions?
Free users have not the Multi-exchange feature, so what they could do on the site?

Thanks for checking out Coinage.fund, LeGaulois!  Roll Eyes

I tried the demo and wasn't able to find the section to place the trades. Or does the site only collect data from the connected accounts and perform no trading actions?

The service does perform trading actions on your behalf. When you register you'll be asked how many of the top cryptocurrencies (ranked by market-cap) that you want to hold. Coinage will then continually monitor your exchange accounts and place any trades needed to make sure you are always holding the right amount of coins, in the right weightings (based on current market capitalizations).

When logged in to the demo account, you can click "Change index" to see how this choice is made, or go to this direct link: https://Coinage.fund/#allocation

Free users have not the Multi-exchange feature, so what they could do on the site?

Free users can connect a single exchange account (either Binance or Bittrex) and have their assets in that account balanced.  Paying users can connect multiple accounts and "spread" their assets between multiple exchanges (the thinking is that people who have a higher value portfolio may be more concerned with minimizing losses in the event of a single exchange failure).

Does this answer your questions? I'd be happy to elaborate or answer any other questions!  Smiley
