Where did you get that 95% failure? Having average knowledge or awareness on how tech works will already give you out the idea.Just following those steps isn't really that hard.

"Isn't really that hard".. Here we go again.. I'm a programmer and I work with people interested in creating ERC 20 Smart contracts for tokens. That tutorial will not work even if you follow each instruction step by step. Why? because there are things in it that don't work and need further researching for solving them. I agree with you on shitcoins, but creating an ERC-20 token from scratch is really not an easy task (you make it sound as easy as signing up for a free email), hence that is why you can sell this service for $200 and not $30 on Linkedin. The demand for shitcoins is there, people create tokens for fun, for their websites, etc. Supply for ERC-20 smart contract development is fierce.

Just my 2 cents.

Wait I don't understand, are you offering develoent service for just 35$ (something like smart contact for exchange for example) or you are just offering token issuing (parameter changing service) since everyone can google "how to launch erc20 token" or "how to launch an ico" and change a few parameters on pre-existing smart contracts. Clarification on what you are actually offering would be welcome.
This is for creation of an ERC20 token smart contract, testing on test net, deployment on main net, verification of contract on etherscan.io and transfer of the tokens to your address.

If all those tutorials worked 'out of the box' I would agree with you - and I wouldn't be spending time trying to market a service no one needed. Unfortunately, (or fortunately, depending how you look at it) they don't. Many are based on older versions of Solidity and throw exceptions when you try and compile them.

I have prior experience in programming and I couldn't make any of them work - which is why I started actually learning Solidity instead of trying to take shortcuts. And once I got competent enough to do something that has a little monetary value, I started selling my services to pay for further study (books, courses etc.).

My skills have improved and now I'm moving on to ICO contracts, again starting with the basics and getting more complex as I gain experience. For me it's not about 'cut and paste' parameter changing. It's about learning the how and what and why. If I just wanted to make some money on the side there are much easier ways to do it.

I want to learn how to do things like:
  • How do you ensure that no single address can accumulate more than 0.01% of all available tokens?
  • How do you implement multiple bonus periods and rates?
  • How do you fix the cost of a token to a fiat currency for an ICO, so that 500 SHIT = 5 USD no matter what the USD/ETH rate is?

And once I've mastered the basics, learn more advanced, real-world applications like:
  • How to record real estate transactions on a blockchain
  • How to accept a token and pay out ETH (obviously not on ERC20)
  • How to track lettuces
  • and lots more

Havent you see on the current shitcoins in the market? Its mostly on erc20 because creating such coins isn't really that hard and also I don't see the worth to pay up 30 bucks for a free tutorial and please
we don't need any shitcoins at all.

But here's the thing. People will keep wanting shitcoins for as long as the blockchain exists. If it's as easy as you say, people will create them for themselves. If it's not, people will come to people like me to create them for them. Either way - there will be shitcoins. So what's the problem with me making a little on the side to fund my learning and gain experience by giving people what they want? No one is paying me $30 for a free tutorial. They're paying for my time, the ETH I spend on gas, and a little something to help me out.
