Facebook and Telegram succeed up where Bitcoin Failed?

I'm somehow lost and couldn't believe the write up, saying such things are really unrealistic about bitcoin comparing them to Facebook and telegram, that's way too worse than one can think of. I think it just an idea he felt like sharing them.

Facebook amd telegram are social media and chat platforms respectively
None has the Blockchain capability neither the financial wealth to compete with bitcoins value on the market cap

That's correct, Facebook and telegram are social media where its main motto is connecting friends in a simple word, I don't understand why these people are comparing with bitcoin and other crypto's where the technology was made to give source for the public. Digital currency is entirely different from this topic.
