STATEMENT OF THE CEOMy name is Razvankovic, I am the Founder and CEO of UGIFT. Story
Ugift is back on the road when I am still an active video creator. I started making videos first at age 17, then I showed up at school and got an award, that's where I started to like being a short video maker, and that's where I got lots of offers to make videos and it became my job for a few years until the age of 22 During these years I have spent a lot of time and dedication but not enough to cover rental costs. I have to rethink. I decided to expand and pursue my passion for video production that was liked and lucky enough to find a friend who helped me make the video I liked. So far the internet has developed and Youtube has entered the market. Youtube is a video sharing platform that you can watch and download almost all videos, instantly and for free ... Suddenly no one has to do it buy video again. It's at your fingertips. Whole industry paralyzed. Every source of income quickly dries and makers, sellers etc. Have no choice but to go bankrupt or reframe their model. This results in the manufacturer and seller disposing costs to artists. Initially it was the responsibility of the seller to invest inward production but now they no longer receive videos unless the film or finished product
is copyrighted, so they must spend it money for a lot of time. The maker must come for all upfront costs and this "development" caused total stagnation in the short video industry destroying the careers and lives of many people, including me. I do not give up and spent years struggling to make ends meet. Almost all the time make it I have to spend a lot of time doing side work just to run it. During this time, a thought continued to develop in my mind. What if there is an online P2P platform that allows many features to be activated video makers to have multiple revenue streams so decentralized
centralized structure of the video industry. Why can't Agency A buy directly from Composer B? Why fans don't buy directly from the video maker?
UVID is distributed fairly! Online p2p platform can make automatic bridges between all participants. This plan never let go away from me. But I have never built a platform before ... I have to acquire skills To make this a reality. All of this fed me rebels to find out a solution for musicians to get a decent income. After 7 years of struggling, I decided to take action and join Fintech startup, so I know I will join the startup with the best from where I can gather the skills needed for run my plan.

"UGIFT".Ecosystems consist of Platforms, Video Creators, Fans, Artists and all who love Video. This platform allows them to monetize their work through various features such as P2P streaming, single video sales, albums, license, equipment synchronization, crowdfunding, copyright
management, royalty distribution, reward systems for platforms on and off direct interaction, referrals and event tickets, all on the blockchain.
Why does the world need to be diluted in your personal experience? Until now the industry has done its best to make that structure collect and distribute the creator's funds and content rights holder. Many of these systems were created decades ago and not yet has been updated significantly. This gives an opportunity to create monopoly that benefits everyone except content creators and rights holder. Only a small portion of the money is actually collected and from this amount only a small portion is paid to the creator. they began to decentralize the monopoly that had long been held but it happened out of
control thus causing more harm than good. In my opinion, the world needs something else interference, but it needs a strategic approach to ensure that they are the ones actually worth getting money, receiving money. How will the world be different in a few years from now if UGIFT succeeds?

Most of us have a video maker background. I have long been a video maker, We have all experienced shortcomings in the industry directly and having the determination to improve it is the first and foremost person passion. But not only that ... we all have managerial skills position. The struggle made us become entrepreneurs. Also our advisor have a lot of experience in this industry.
