OHAS is a decentralized global P2P social e-commerce platform, and we are willing to structures healthy global
P2P e-commerce market by granting fairness and transparency when it comes to trading from a person to another.

1. What is OHAS

OHAS is a decentralized application that develops the P2P e-commerce system by utilizing Ethereum Blockchain.
OHAS is willing to solve the issues of the current e-commerce system such as excessively high amount of application fee,
resellers’ excessive profit, risk of scam by applying decentralized Blockchain infrastructure and with high security and
structure, and traceability and giving trust to the both buyer and seller.

4-1.OHAS Wallet

OHAS Wallet is an element required to proceed the transactions of OHAS Ticket, Coupon, Stay, and streaming.
The Ethereum smart contract function is performed by applying smart publishing protocols with Back-end and
Backbone regarding event ticket sales and trades by publishing smart coupons, tickets and vouchers into the wallet address.

In the OHAS protocol all the users are assigned with private smart wallets that can provide safe storage,
transfer and process of digital asset to everyone in the OHAS ecosystem.
Because the consumer’s OHAS protocol accounts are connected to their IDs,
the same private smart wallet and OHAS protocol account(OHAS DAO) can be used for all the events
that the participants attend regardless of its host.

4-2. Reputation System

System OHAS DAO has its Reputation System for sellers and buyers.
Voting is available only when an actual transaction is made, and votes that are made by actual transaction will be given to the
buyer and seller by 1 for each.
The participants can evaluate each other with the choices of GV(Good Vote), BV(Bad Vote), and Abstain,
and the reputation system based on them will be the foundation that can form a healthy market.
OHAS DAO's Reputation System will be managed by AI, and is planned to be developed by forming a technical partnership
with AI specialized crypto company that we are about to contract MOU with.

4 - 3 . Cashback System

OHAS DAO’s Cashback program will promote the consumer’s purchases.
The excessively high amount of sales fee imposed on the sellers in the existing e-commerce market will now be set at
0.5 OHAS amount of fee, therefore it can provide better opportunity to the sellers so that the products can be sold at lower prices.
The sellers can provide various Cashback programs to the buyers through this. We are preparing for 5~10% of Cashback program
and looking forward to form an environment where fair and transparent market competition on Blockchain can occur through this Cashback program.

5. Refund System

OHAS Smart Contract(Ticket, Coupon) creates 2 transactions when validating contract occurs.
One is a transaction published into buyer’s unique wallet address (Ticket, Coupon),
in the right category(Ticket, Coupon) and the other is a transaction for Refund.
At this point the Hash value in the transaction for Refund can only be revealed to the buyer, and available refund time is already set by the host(seller) through Timelock.
Refund condition applies within refundable Timelock period, and it requires signatures of the buyer and host(seller).
And the created Hash value has to be correspond.
Once proper refund protocol is confirmed on the system, the same amount of OHAS corresponding to the price set by the host(seller)
gets transferred to the host, and the buyer gets paid with OHAS excluding a small amount of fee.
The small amount of fee is for protection for the host(seller) to prevent buyer’s malicious cancellation after refund.

6. OHAS Distribution Plan

OHAS Token will be distributed for the amount of 1 hundred million, and the distribution plan is as follows: Token Sale 50%, Eco-system Cooperation 25%,
Team and Advisor 20%, Bounty and Airdrop 5%.
