I'm going to assume that the transaction is confirmed? It's not possible to reverse a bitcoin transaction sadly.

An address shouldn't show up just like that unless you copied it from somewhere so If you did that and you don't have any viruses in your computer, try to contact whoever you sent the funds to, they might send them back.

this sounds like a clipboard hijacker to me, where the user copies the correct address to pay to but as soon as the address is copied into clipboard the malware changes it to the attacker's address and the user unknowingly (if he doesn't double check) will pay the attacker instead.

How did you 'delete' the virus ? Did you check whether it was running in a seperate process or injected ?
Did you use some anti-malware tool to scan for malware/root-kits ? If so, which program did you use ?

Are you COMPLETELY sure that there is no other malware on your computer left ? If you aren't 100% sure, you should rather reinstall your OS before storing sensitive information (e.g. private keys) on your computer again.

i suggest you start reading a little about cold storage: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Cold_storage there are also some additional links at the bottom in the "See also" section which are good. try choosing a method and set it up. if you do it properly then you can protect yourself against these kinds of losses.
feel free to start a topic in beginners board if you had any question about the process or any details after you read those links.

Sorry to hear that... but I do suggest you take bob123's advice seriously.

Given that you already had one piece malware, it's highly likely you have others... a complete reinstall of your OS might be a good idea!
