Driveholic has disappeared but they were never an ICO, they were an airdrop.

When we first accepted this bounty there was no team information (this was updated later) and at the time since it was an airdrop and not an actual ICO (so no funds have been collected).

It's not a scam because they did not seek investment. However, the project does seem to be dead as it did not gain any traction.
