Short answe : NOT

I use EXMO since 2015.

I already did everything you can imagine without ANY problem!

No withdraw or deposit problems.

Actually the main use for Exmo, among all other 127 exchanges, is for ending arbitrage operations in Euros.

I already helped a lot of friends and clients to be well verified whit their account and documents.

MAYBE the verification process is your problem.

Check it before shouting that EXMO is a SCAM.

I can't withdraw ETH.

When I withdraw ETH,it say "Error 10325. Need to confirm the email".

If your customer support see this,may you please help me?

Since EXMO Exchange has huge volume daily,I think reputation is far more important than profit
