Get PAID with PAYPAL BALANCE, what is the difference ?

Hello, i dont know  if i'm in the right section but sometimes i'm facing chargeback from scammers  on paypal

Can you tell me what is the advantage to get paid  with paypal balance ?   
And if the buyers  fund his paypal balance with his credit card ?  its still worth to get paid with paypal balance ?

Don't accept paypal unless you know how to avoid charge backs. There are way too many payment processors out there and I don't see the point of accepting paypal anymore.

its because if get paid by credit csrd ut might be stolen one
and funds mught be reversed.

the point is the credit card could be stolen so this will increase the possibility of chargeback
