I will release any held PayPal payment, to and from any PayPal account from any country and any amount exactly 72 hours after the payment were originally made, regardless of when my exploit is applied to your payment(s). I do not need your login nor nothing like that, please continue reading below if you are interested in my service.
The price for my service is 8% of the total amount in USD of the PayPal payment(s) of which you are ordering my payment hold release service for.
How to order my service:
1. Go to funds availability center , then right-click the "Details" link of any payments you wish released, choose "Copy Link" from the context menu and paste the link(s) in a notepad document.
2. Calculate the total sum in USD (use conversion rates from Google) of all your payments which are eligible for my service and put that as the Qty then click the Buy Now button.
3. Copy the links from your notepad document over to the PM
4. Wait till I have processed your order and feel free to leave positive feedback and to leave a review on the forums.
Alternatively (if you get an error):
1. Open the payment(s) you need released.
2. Right-click the "Refund" link, copy link and paste into buyer notes.
Payments that I cannot instantly release:
- Payments which have an external hold, i.e. where the funding source is bank transfer or debit card where the bank is still processing the payment. (UPDATE: This might not be the case, and it might only apply to sales made by new eBay seller accounts, read below for more info!) Transaction Event Code: T2111 — Funds not yet available
- Payments that are held due to an ongoing dispute. Transaction Event Code: T1110 — Hold for Dispute Investigation (cf. T15xx)
- Payments where the estimated funds availability date is "Try later" instead of any actual date or when the estimated funds availability date is December 31st, 1969 (which is like 46 years ago).
How to determine if a payment is externally held:
1. Go to "
https://www.paypal.com/businessexp/money" and check if you have got any held payments listed under "External Hold".
2. If a payment is externally held, then that means they payment is held externally, i.e. by eBay or bank (i.e. even PayPal doesn't have the money yet), it might clear but if it's eBay related the only way to release the hold AFAIK is leveling up your eBay seller rating.
What causes "External Hold"?:
I've been looking into it and I've been told by customers that the most probable cause actually might be new eBay seller accounts. The requirements for your eBay seller account to not be affected by this hold is as follows (doesn't need to fulfill all of these, just some):
- 90 days have passed since your first successful eBay sale.
- You’ve completed more than 25 transactions on the site.
- You’ve generated more than $250 in total sales.
- Your seller status is Standard or above.
Note to illiterate customers who keep spamming me:
I cannot permanently remove the 21 day holds from happening to future payments, only release the payments by themselves, I also cannot help you withdraw funds from any limited account(s) nor remove limitations put in place on your account(s) nor can I give you any guidance regarding cashing out nor aging your account(s), so please do not inquire about it.
To clarify, yes, I can provide my service for all of your payments unless I explicitly stated in here that I cannot. Yes, you can sell an item on a completely fresh PayPal account from any country for any amount and use my services to have the payment(s) released within 72 hours.
