The country of my account is limited to send G&S only, so you should be fine with it
I have 0 chargeback history, and they payment is purely from my balance (I can provide transaction history)
I will send first if you're a trusted member, and I do not trade with newbie unless you send first, so scammers should stay away

Please read properly. Op never mentioned that s/he will not trade with newbie.

Before taking paypal from (untrusted/without trusted) people think 10 times about reversal. Op doesn't have any trade history. So think before trading.
