I've heard in twitter that they're mad about the crypto community for hacking their "Idol".
There have been a series of youtube hacks and as the extortion for holding the accounts is less likely as youtube would make a prompt action on complaint, hackers have started indulging into crypto based scam attempt. The surprising thing is how these popular social media have put all the blame to the users and did nothing to stop such hacks from their side.

The best way to defeat these hackers is to capture them, the pictures of them are recorded, then this will resolve the case.
