So I transferred some money from Mycelium to another wallet (unconfirmed at time of cancellation), but being impatient and it says it would only be deleted from the app if already confirmed. However, it also said that if not confirmed, I would have to sync it to be able to use the funds again. So my questions are:

1. How do I sync my mycelium wallet

2. Will it still transfer to the other wallet if I don't do anything?

Would appreciate any help somewhat new to crypto. Thanks

1. Hmm .. I'm not sure, but it should be synced automatically. Just close and reopen ?

2. Yes, it will most certainly arrive to the other wallet. Sometimes, the transaction may take time to be included in the bitcoin blockchain (which means they're confirmed).

You should try to check the transaction id (txid) in a blockchain explorer like https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC to see if the rest of the network has heard your transaction.

There seems to be a "refresh" button in Mycelium now (visible on the "Balance" and "Transactions" tabs)... if you click that a few times it should definitely force a "sync" of your wallet.

If the transaction has been broadcast to the network, there is a good chance that it will eventually be confirmed. As yogg said, you can check this by querying your transactionID on the blockexplorer of your choice and see if the transaction is still floating around on the network. If it shows up on a couple of blockexplorers (like blocktrail, btc.com, blockchain.com etc), then anticipate it getting confirmed at some point.

If the transactionID is not found, then chances are that the transaction was dropped... chances of it being confirmed are very low.
