When was whitepaper released?
It is hard to say which project steal whitepaper, if I have to guess I would go with fairdiamondmining because istapay's domain is older:

It is hard to say which project steal whitepaper, if I have to guess I would go with fairdiamondmining because istapay's domain is older:

We did consider what you wrote above as well, but we did a research on the history of their website to see how it looks in the past.

They did NOT have a whitepaper - until recently:

Well, I am not sure why domaintools is showing wrong update date, I checked it at whois.net and got different date and yes, it match "uploads/2018/10".

Not sure, but I would think is the date that I input/request, I tried other dates around June 16th and couldn't get any results, until I got one from May 31st.
