How do I recover lost BTC by claiming the Multiply BTC Bonus?

Hello, it happens that on the Freebitco.in page I found the option to claim a bonus in the Multiply BTC game, I accepted it but then I saw that the amount I needed to bet to get that bonus did not have it (nor do I think the I got to have in this century), so I would like to cancel the bonus and recover the btc that was subtracted from my account. I saw on a topic in this forum that I could recover what I bet if I didn't play HI / LO after claiming the bonus, which thanks to heaven I didn't do it, but who could I write to solve this? I understand that you should send a screenshot and my ID to a manager or admin of the page but I currently do not know who they would be.

But I doubt that he will re-credit your balance from the "bonus balance".

If it turns out not possible, you can bet with high amount using low-risk setting (50-70% chance) to reach the wagering requirement with minimal losses.

Yeah depending on how much you have (if its more than 1000 Satoshi you can do 100 sat bets at 1.01 multiplier (the lowest) to try to recover it though you could try contacting them first... Perhaps take this as a lesson to fully understand the terms.
