With the recent  declines in so many alts, it is likely that many alts will go below bearable points. I once lost everything in my portfolio and was seeing a negative sign in my fiat value. I was completely broken and only had to invest more to further stop me from taking decisions that may ruin everything.

I think that in your cases the main thing is not to panic and not to sell your altcoins at a loss (but it is very important to understand what particular altcoins you hold, there are really promising coins / tokens that will recover in price as soon as the cryptocurrency market increases its capitalization, but there are coins / tokens that will die). Analyze the projects you have invested in and make the right decision!

No i don't have coin like that my altcoins have declined bit none is having minus in fiat value, i think such coin is hopeless, the fact is not having any value it is practically dead.

If you lost everything your account balance should be zero, so why do you continue to see a negative sign. When you say the market has been bearish we don't mean only bitcoins but also almost all alternative currency.

We all experience that. We might say that it is normal for tokens to have negative price but for now we are experiencing below normal. No other choice but to expect that  there is still light beneath the darkness and expect have a small spike on the price soon.

In such a situation in the market, the main rule is to keep calm and patience. Perhaps bitcoin and altcoins will fall even more, but we all remember how these coins can strongly grow in the price. Until you sold the coins, you didn't lose or lose anything. This of course applies to a situation if your portfolio is good coins from the top 100 at least.
