Yes some of the exchanges had problems with the government , for example we can't apply for the official Fiat support mostly because of money laundering issues government doesn't allow that , but there are so many exchanges active with that restrictions and we don't need Fiat support SimurgX is a user to user crypto only exchange.

About the binance and the localbitcoins , Yes they banned Iranian users because of the us sanctions and it's the main reason of why we need a CryptoCurrency exchange in iran.
