Here title is saying that what I am asking  .
My one of the friend have bch in the core wallet and now he want to claim his bch forked coins that bchabc and bchsv .
How he can do? ,
Provide me link if anything helpful for this question.

You want to claim both coins? its easier for you to follow this procedure.

Coinbase update on November 2018 BCH Hard Fork

Coinbase will give you both coins as long as you deposit there before the fork happens.

To participate in the bitcoincash hardfork i think the only thing you have to do is to hold your BCH in official wallets. Find the list of some wallets in the link below >>

There are also some exchanges that supports the fork, finf tge list in the link below >>
