I lost track of making a report about the user I forgot why but anyway here's the information that I found.

Dont know either it is co-incidence or not. Darth0ne sent  1 merit to Risk Mgmt and these both accounts password changed on may 2018 and October 2018. Even there is a match date of changing password: 10/21/2018 only 1:30 hours diference. Source: Darth0ne and  Risk Mgmt.
