I downloaded win32_p2pool, but I don't know how to use it. I know that the wallet's RPC port is 8653 and 8643, and a .conf file is created in the wallet folder. Then I watched the web tutorial, but still can't succeed, what should I do? Can you help me find the specific steps? Thank you for any reply. Grin Grin

First of all, run a local bitcoind ( Bitcoin daemon) and let it sync fully.
Alternatively, you can use a snapshot of BTC blockchain and use it to sync it faster.

Then just follow the requirements for the readme.md in the GitHub. (https://github.com/p2pool/p2pool)
Also, check here for further instructions: http://p2pool.in/#getting-started

Follow the process and if you face any issue.
Let us know the error and where did it happen.
