KRAKEN.COM - The Infinite Loop

Here it is, unfortunally: missing EUR 19988,00 deposit on my kraken account.

Firstly, my account is correctly verified at the TIER 3 level.

The sad story begins on the morning of Tuesday, November 6th when I decide to transfer the funds from my bank, located inside the SEPA area. Due to a technical problem, the transfer was executed WITHOUT the requested reference code (we omit this point which is inamissible and my lawyer already contacted my bank.).
From here on my calvary begins: the support was justifiably suspicious and required a series of information - including the IDCP verification - which I promptly provided in less then 24h. After that, a useless exchange of e-mails began, only to rebound the responsibility of correctly assigning the deposit to my account.

To date, the only thing that matters is that after more than two weeks support is not able to manage the situation; the live chat responds with pre-printed answers and no one can explain the reason for this delay. Why do I write here? Because they stopped to answer to my tickets, and this case must be brought to the light of the community. I hope this message will open the eyes of those who decide to invest with this platform and make them aware that they could fall into an infinite loop of missing answers like mine.

Anyone remember last year?

Kraken has a server since yesterday, with the good old CloudFare page and issues like yours. It isn't the first time so, it was worse than what you experienced. I hope the problem won't become a daily problem like it was with its broken trading engine.
Could the mass in hurry to sell, overloading Kraken's website.
