What do you mean by earning money on this website? This is not a website exchanger, you are wrong if you want to trade and get profits on this website.
You can discuss trading on this forum and do it on several available exchangers.
and you can do a number of bounty campaigns on this forum to be able to generate profits by performing several tasks in accordance with the bounty project rules.

Well, yeah you can buy bitcoin using your paypal on that website as it is accepted.
But I think you need to know and learn more about trading before doing so...

In the unfortunate instance that someone does do a chargeback , xCoins has a 50% profit margin guarantee. If you ever fall below 50% in regards to your profit margin, xCoins will reimburse you to get you back to 50%.  I don't know of any other company in the cryptospace that does that.

Haven't check that exchange yet, probably a new one in the market.

If you are afraid then maybe you should look for a new exchange, why would you consider risking
your money in a certain exchange that you are not confident with? I'm sure you can find a reputable exchange where you don't need to worry.
