Where is the evidence? And base on your title it is not as strong too.

If it will be based on activity, it is not just 4 of them to be linked but 6 of them including Hotpov22 and Larr23. As I said the evidence is still not in a good foundation.

The claim submitted by him contains credibility because the accounts have the same Local Time "November 29, 2018, 08:40:43 AM", Last Active, and posting style "Same bounties campaign".

 + I think S/he is using a bot for posting because his Twitter accounts have been suspended.
 + This is a forum for discussion about Bitcoin so it is unacceptable to have all your posts in campaigns/ bounty tasks.

Though this is good evidence if combined with something else. It really isn't enough based on the evidence supplied. In cases like this its best to watch the accounts until they slip up because they always slip up and leave a paper trail. Not that this is public they will likely be a little cautious for a while.

Names which are similar and having the same creation date or local time really isn't enough evidence.
