There's a constant discussion regarding blockchain, decentralization and how crypto will grow with its support.

Do you think a distributed exchange network with no central management, no moderation, non-erasable entities would be the solution for hacking and issues with crypto market?

If you mean a decentralized blockchain environment that is immutable, yes, why not?
Isn't that the sole vision behind cryptocurrencies? But I don't think it would be as easy as it sounds to achieve. The control game is addictive and the governments will never let that go.
Also, the vulnerability and scams keep ruining the market's image and raise questions regarding investor rights and safety.

There is a need for a robust system that is decentralized and gives its users the freedom and security both. There are constant efforts in this regard, the good news is industry is starting to accept crypto and will definitely shift the focus on these issues. Recently, I have reading about a new project Virie, that claims to be decentralized and distributed exchange. The need is to build such tokens and spread as much awareness as we can.

I think that there is no solution to avoid hacking attacks. Hackers always understand how to hack the system. there is only one way to avoid it is working together with hackers but not for bad things but try to move them in good projects

But what could be the motivation for them to support ? I mean the real challenge for a hacker is what he does, they sort of live by this code. I am not sure if this is practically possible. Don't you think good encryption and a decentralized distributed system will help resolve this problem or is it unrealistic?

The hackers also keep updated them so it is quite hard for the exchanges to provide security for their funds and ends up hacking but nowadays there is no hack happened with big exchanges so it is not a problem with the current market situation of the crypto currencies prices were falling.

Maybe because prices were falling, hackers deliberately kept a low profile? We can't really rule out the possibility. I don't think that will happen unless the system itself is robust enough.
