The whole market is undervalued probably because of all the new coins diluting the capital supply. As well, the price of btc is ofcourse, a driving factor in all this.

Yet based on supply and demand, market cap, market trends, community, daily maintenance cost and price, I would suggest these are especially low...

Many of the above will benefit from the fact that it takes very little money on a daily basis to maintain the current price. Some are ridiculously low, like OSC, QRK, DVC. Even small additions of capital will make these rise.

NYAN is undervalued.

I don't think many are undervalued, and there are too many to keep an eye on.

However, DVC is probably a safe bet at this price. If it goes down, it will head back up (given its unique status of being merge mined with BTC). Of all the alts, DVC and NMC are not bad if you buy cheap. If the system of merged mining is changed, then their status changes.

WDC has been around for a long time, and there are too many holders for the coin to completely tank. It will hit a point where people just refuse to sell (about now, I think). So I expect it to recover and increase in value sooner rather than later.

DGC, similar to WDC, will only go so low. I think it might actually have another slight dip, but it will probably head up again at some point.

Of the newer coins, EAC is low and while I don't see a long-term future, there is no way that it will be left to stagnate at this early point. I think there is definite hope for a short-term profit if bought around now.

LOT, like EAC, is low, and it could even have a future if developed properly. Regardless, a future or not, I think it will get a good pump soon. So a good price to buy.

There are more, but the above are just the ones that I have noticed and am confident will increase in value soonish (before decreasing again).
