I personally received one of such mail. What surprised me most is that a password which I have used in more than two occasions was also included in the mail which initially scared me that the info might be through but I summoned courage and change all the password in all the account I have used it. My guess is that the sender must have gained access or purchase users login information from unknown sources and want to use that as a blackmailing tool by sending those messages. if you are in anyway fairing that your mail has been compromise, you can use velixid.

Forms to attack Bitcoin users to hijack it become more and more popular. Spamming addresses that make you unique and stolen Bitcoin when pressed on it, this is one of the most popular forms on Gmail that had taken place over the last few years when the Cryptocurrency boomed.

Thank you for the information you provided, indeed crime on the internet is very diverse so that those who are less understanding will be trapped in it and to overcome it all is by the principle of ourselves if we do good things certainly will not be trapped in such a thing.

That works?  LOL

If someone send me that email I'd like to ask if I could see the clip if not then its not going to be me. I'd be happy to send them another clip of mine so they can compare whether its me  Grin   Lets say they've sent it to someone who knows nothing about BTC,  that means victim has to go lengthy job to buy BTC to send to that extortionist?

There is a mail that is being circulated in everyone’s mail box, claiming they have a clip of the user masterbating, and they’ll release it to all friends and families unless he pays money in bitcoins. The mail even goes on to shows ways how one can pay in bitcoins, this mail is one big scam and do not fall for it. This mail is like old wine in a new bottle, last year they send out our passwords, this year they’re sending out fake video claim.

If you have got such a mail here’s what you need to do:

1) Do not reply to it if you have opened it, if you see it just delete it the subject will be Hi perv. I recorded you masturbating! I have captured 'Mail.mp4'! [\b]

2) If you have opened it they’ll send you a second mail, simply delete it.

3) Do not pay any kind of ransom, this is a big scam.

What worries me is that many people are paying them, and those who can’t pay may end up taking their life’s due to sheer embarrassment, it’s my humble request spread the word about this as we all are the targets.

I know many of you’ll will say who’ll pay so see this 3MhAEHCKyh4xsNTvKANR5RKmNd3RpT4KSb people are already paying, this matter cannot be taken lightly and everyone should know this mail is one big scam.

Hackers follow every possible to way to hack anyone's wallet but this one is really funny " I recorded you masturbating ", who would actually believe it.
People with lack of knowledge or in excitement just open such mails and caught in their trap, such mails from any unknow resource must be moved to trash nothing else. Your wallet security is in your hand until you share it with anyone.

I cannot believe some people are still falling to these cheap scams. Ignorance and greed are deadly combinations even in crypto.
I don't understand either ! Especially when people come to e-mail a letter with a Google form where it is specified that it is necessary to register not the address of the wallet and the private key. And people are not strange doing it.

Thanks for this information it will help a lot of people not to fall victim am not even aware of this, though I know there are many email that comes with false info. These will also save people from hackers as they have develop different means by which they can easily get access to one's information without stress.

I once got an email like that, even up to 2x. And I never responded. Apparently, until now, nothing bad has happened to me. Therefore, I suggest to everyone. If you get such an email, just ignore it

That is why you never use the same password. The reason they got it is that a service you used in the past got "hacked", the database dumped and sold in the dark web. Then they target you with a message akin to: "I know your secret, your password is blahblah, pay ransom or else..." Its actually rather in-personal (unlike the email pretends to) perhaps a program skimming thru the database and sending emails tailored like that.

Just ignore it. But someone less savvy, and very careless (or reusing passwords) might fall for it...

People who are here with smart brain will never be into hacking as they know how to secure their precious belongings.
If you are new in the community you must read more in the forum and study more for you to be safe.
Hackers and scammers are all over the world so beware.

This is getting and getting even worst. To the current era we are in, hackers became so widely been into, and so, here in the crypto currency community. And what's left for us to do is always be protected and secure having to always aware to our surrounding such as one like this in Bitcoin Email Hacking.

yes I also feel it, lately so many emails have come to me and don't know them at all. they say this great gift and that makes me believe this is a cheat. so don't trust incoming e-mails with the lure of big prizes and others

Ignore all emails from strangers even though they look very attractive. There are a lot of weird emails coming into my inbox almost every day, but fortunately, I have never been interested in opening one of them. This trick, sending emails to random people for fraudulent purposes, is very common nowadays and we must be very careful.
