1. That’s wrong, he can wear a signature as he’s a copper member.

You need to be a full member to able to use avatar. or you can use Avatar for you Jr member or member account. Then You have to use extra BB Code.

I don't understand what you are trying to say.

Yes we need to be a full member or up to wear avatar so you will never have avatar option until you meet the requirements until that you can't have any avatar even by purchasing copper member.

Note:The member who registered at 2013 and before may have avatar even if they are lower rank than full member.
