The Korean organization Commons Foundation has reached an agreement with the government of Paraguay on a favorable electricity tariff, after which it plans to open the world's largest mining farm and cryptocurrency exchange in the country. To reduce the tax burden on this enterprise, the authorities of Paraguay intend to make changes to the constitution.

The Blockchain Technology Foundation, also known as the Commons Foundation, has completed negotiations with the Paraguayan authorities on the construction of a mining farm. Moreover, this farm should become the largest in the world, so a crypto-exchange will be opened with it.

Earlier, BitNovosti wrote that Paraguay is an attractive country for mining, because it has a large amount of unused electricity, which is produced at the world's largest hydroelectric station.

The Commons Foundation was able to negotiate with the government a fixed and favorable electricity tariff for the next five years. It is noted that the allowed tariff is 80% cheaper than in South Korea.

In addition, the Government of Paraguay will provide five land plots with a total area of 50 thousand square meters for the launch of the Golden Goose project - the construction of the world's largest mining farm and the opening of a cryptocurrency exchange associated with it.

The Commons Foundation plans to fund the construction of the farm on the ICO model. The project promises that token holders will receive 30% of their profits from mining, and 70% from cryptobirds. Payments will be made in the little-known MicroBitcoin token.

“The government of Paraguay supports the Golden Goose project and will reduce its taxation by changing the constitution,” said Paraguay’s Vice President Hugo Velasquez Moreno.
Note that this autumn, the first ICO in the history of the country, connected with the organization of a mining-farm network, started in Peru.

That is good news for crypto in general when one country changes the constitution to give crypto enthusiast countries like South Korea investors a cheaper energy for their mining operations. It should give a boost for going up to the price of bitcoin but it is not happening yet.

We need more of such countries in order for the crypto revolution to truly start and take over slowly the corrupted banking system.
