Tool to place conditional and chained trade orders

Hi there,

I'm looking for a tool or website allowing to place conditional and chained trade orders on exchanges.
For instance :
- place a buy order for that crypto if price reaches this level
- if buy order filled:
  - place a sell order at this level
  - place a stop loss order at this level
  - if sell or stop loss order is filled, place a short order

etc.

I started to develop such tool using API/libraries for crypto exchanges but it takes time, so if something similar already exists, that would be great.
