Anybody good a Legal and Terms and conditions? i need some help with something

i recently wanted to redeem a cryptovoucher i bought for 100 euros (cryptovoucher.io). i went through the process just following the steps and got confirmed my voucher was redeemed  and funds would be sent to my eth adress. when i closed the site and  cheked my inbox for the transaction summary, i noticed i bought ether at a way better rate. Now do they actually owe me this amount of ether they sent e on the summary ?  The voucher is marke dused now and i did not receive any funds.
