I don't really get what you are trying to imply but i assumed that you need to buy crypto without an exchange?

There is some sort of an ATM that you can buy bitcoin in an instant in countries other than ours. I think it is available in the US or Australia if i am correct. Bitcoin for your fiat.

You're talking about pre-paid credit cards? You can buy cryptocurrencies on CoinBundle platform, and its easier for newbies.
Instead of choosing in which coin to invest, you buy a group of coins (bundle).
You can sell a bought bundle and withdraw it to a bank.
But if you want another way of buying crypto, please make your question more clear

I don't know what you want in this market, but I guess most of the cryptocurrencies are prepaid and you need to pay first in order to  receive your desired amount of cryptocurrency in your wallet. But make sure you enter the right wallet before you cash in.

Wow. CoinBundle platform is working? I joined their bounty and airdrop but I don't yet hear anything about that.
