Yes...good question you ask here

I think the biggest misconception abour cryptocurrency in my country NIGERIA is that cryptocurrency is a ponzi scheme. Because a lots of ponzi scheme companies have come into the country, looted people's money and disappeared. So the country is now on the page, anything that comes through internet or any sort of is a ponzi and it's a dead end.
yes maybe they only think of themselves and don't think of other people's money, all they think about is getting money, money and money without guilt. it also doesn't happen in your country, but there are still countries like that.

I understand that these people are also concern about their safety and security. With this new innovation and its extraordinary opportunities offered that bring quality of life, a big percentage of the public is still not aware and has not fully-understood what truly Bitcoin is and on how beneficial it is, they are still not convinced. The biggest misconceptions of cryptocurrency is that it's illegal , it's a scam, and it's an easy money. I believe that the lack of proper awareness, education, and knowledge about cryptocurrency can lead to misinformation, miscommunication, and indecisiveness.

In my country many see crypto as a ponzi scheme and most people have not come with terms with the facr that you can store digital assets electronically. But as time goes on many will see the real usecase of crypto currency and blockchain technology
