It's hard to know if now is the right time to buy altcoins, the market is unpredictable because of the large number of speculators that sell immediately when prices rise, unlike 2017 which most investors continue to buy.

maybe more of them will not be useful in the future. we can see now, the existence of a new project or token that starts platform publications may be around 1 year, after which they will disappear and no more traders trade their assets.

This post was from 2017 and we're already on 2019 which is going to be a nearly 2 year gap for the posts. Reversing the situation from that year and today's situation, it's the right time to buy alts. Alts are cheaper now compare to 2017 and so bitcoin does.

I may say its still a good time to buy alts and join good ICOs since btc and ethereum is still cheap. I'm expecting the cryptomarket will recover in the months to follow. I don't think btc value will keep on dropping forever, the time of waiting is tiring but once btc pumps up again.. It will be worth it.
