freebitco.in whole numbers from 00000 to 10000, few  other sites i can see have 00 to 99 range, but it is too limit to allow big odds. The rest implement the same thing 0.00 to 99.99 or 0.0000 to 99.9999 or more decimal digits.

Freebitco.in did have whole number from 00000 to 10000 and also you can bet sports too. I also bet in Game of thrones movie about who will be the next king or queen of seven kingdoms. Anyway, there are other sites that rolls whole number in their dice game. Just check it out.

luckygames.io lets you roll whole numbers from 1 to 99. They offer gambling with like 100 altcoins, so I would say it's worth checking them out.

Luckygames was earlier proved scam.
And therefore they are also banned from this forum.

I can suggest a few Gambling sites as per the OP's demand,  that do rolls in whole number.
You can check out windice.io. They really have a decent user interface.
They are safe,  secure and trustable.

^ I am sure a whole number of altcoins because if that is bitcoin, that a huge of amount thou.
As I noticed most usually gambling sites now that accept crypto are do let to bet whole numbers so no doubt the list given above all has.
Nevertheless, putting a huge amount to bet is also a high chance of a big profit in return. But if in my case, that is so scared to bet a whole number of any crypto.

Ah oke i was thinking about the numbers drawn that has to be whole for the op for some reason. Maybe he/she thinks it would benefit in some sort of way. Cant think of any do. Maybe the op is a higher roller and got some to shoot ; )
