It is never advisable to buy verified accounts. Those can easily be recoverd by the seller via social engineering. So in the end you will end up with nothing.

Also, you should ask yourself: where do these accounts come from?
For every account another identity is needed. There is a very, very high chance that those identities are stolen! You may be liable to prosecution when using such an account.
