1️⃣The fourth week of 2019 is weak in terms of the number of funds raised. And it is not a surprise - ICOs usually schedule on the last days of the month.
2️⃣ Only 3 projects out of 13 have raised funds and it is just 23% success rate.
3️⃣ The aggregate funds raised for the week are 40% more than the average funds raised by a single project this month.

The market is in bad conditions. Under these circumstances, ICO performances sometimes do not reflect the correct results. It would be good for market conditions to be better for them to perform better.

I am amazed to see that people were still investing on the ICOs even after huge bearish trened and making profits from ICOs are really fall to 1/10 now.It is good to know that three projects were doing good so people invest on it to make chances of getting success more.But for me NO,just stop investing now.

Yes, we see that the number of ICO projects is decreasing, not only the activity of investors, but also bounty hunters is falling. Many ICO projects are already experiencing a lack of support for the promotion of ICO projects by bounty hunters. For example, the BITWIN project started working on this forum on December 28, and due to the fact that very few bounty hunters joined it, only yesterday a similar topic of bounty was opened on the altkoinstalks forum. Moreover, additional steaks are provided for attracting other participants behind the heads to the ICO project.

I guess it's not a problem to cheat with raised funds amount. It's not a problem to report higher amounts than they are in reality? Exactly the same way how many exchanges do with reported volume.
