There is a Gmbh Company for sale in Switzerland, with the VQF exchange license for the exchange of all sorts of cryptocurrencies and fiat to exchange and bank account.
The license includes that Bitcoin (BTC) or Altcoins can be sent to different wallets in and out of the system. The company will never own the fiat, BTC or Altcoin on its own, as it is only the exchange of these coins.
The asking price for 90% is $450k and 10% share we would like to keep. These terms are negotiable.

Listing 3 DIM stable currencies (DIM Currencies) and 2 speculative coins (DIMCOIN and another coin that will be revealed in the future). These terms are NOT negotiable.
The business plan is fully accepted by VQF and the Company has no debts as it has never been activated. It was founded in April 2018, Zurich Switzerland.
If you are interested then you can kindly send us an offer.

It is not better to get investors if you are going to stay with shares.
