Happy 10th birthday, Bitcoin! I made a simple application for bitcointalk members.

BTAnnounces is a simple app for Windows written in VB.NET that display BitcoinTalk.org`s Important Announcements. This application run at startup and check BitcoinTalk Announces every minutes and show new announcements.

Why don't I simply active my notification for the Important Announcements board? I can also activate other boards as well without downloading your APP  

By the way, I mean no disrespect to your work may be you have done some great work but I do not see any needs for an app as long as we have the notification feature.

yep! that is true but as I said it is just a simple app. it is not a great work.. make it simpler and faster.
check board automatically (even if your are not visiting and not checking your email) and display new announce within minute in Windows

Nice initiative. Btw I think it's more practical for users if you build a Telegram bot instead of Windows app. It will be nice if we can have important announcement bot, so there's no need to check email or website. Because it use Telegram, there's no need to install additional apps too. Just my 2 cents.
