No money in my wallet after sending

Hi, i got about 15USD to my Electrum wallet, but when i open Electrum i only see 0 amount, no money seems to be there. https://abload.de/img/afsfdapkqv.png

The sender told me i can see my payment on block explorer:

and should contact my purse provider.

Please what should i do to get that money appear in my wallet? Thanks

Why are you on version 2.7.12? Upgrade your Electrum wallet to the latest version.

In this version, not only you have synchronization issues (which is probably why the coins aren't showing), but you are also vulnerable to a big security vulnerability and fake update messages that try to make you download a malware-fake version of Electrum.


P.S: The only legit website is ELECTRUM.ORG; Never download Electrum from any other website and always DOUBLE-CHECK the URL.

Just to be clear, you have downloaded the latest Electrum (3.3.4 at this moment) from the official source and then set the notifications for an update? Because there is no automatic notifications update on previous Electrum. So if you're saying you're using the old version but you activate/setup the automatic notifications updates, then it's possible you're using a fake Electrum.
