ICO and STO is basically the same thing, it's a way to get money to launch a business. They're not a block chain solution per se. I'm not sure what you're asking here actually.

Your Security in the blockchain technology is not of a maximum assurance
Ico initial coin offering this was a very successful avenue for new project to have a passage into the blockchain technology but has come under attack of scammers and fraudster so people are having there resentment towards it.
Sto security token offering we it's believed to be more secured than the former but this is yet to be proven beyond any doubt

ICO and STO Development: Which One Is Better?


Certainly, the STO form will be better than ICO. It is improvement step of ICO and make investors be more confident when investing in start-up projects because their profit are more guaranteed for long-term
