This site to track the Constantinople progress https://github.com/ethereum/pm/wiki/Constantinople-Progress-Tracker
But not a lot of parties have created a site that used to monitor the progress of how much client has already moved into the new client to support the Constantinople hardfork. Just waiting for that.
