All the participants have an account to where the audience of the event transfers money. Athletes and extremes usually donate to local schools through big charity funds. Two British paratroopers were looking for funds for their colleagues who were injured in battle. Air ambulance pilots made up a team, as they were in need of new helicopters. Marathon des Sables runner Joseph Thompson raised over $120,000 in 2009 for a big fund. Six months later, on the instructions of his donors, he came there and asked where this amount was spent. He could not get an answer. It is unknown where the funds ended up, as not a cent was spent on the stated goals. The problem is that giant funds are opaque and blind.
First, they incur huge administrative costs. More than 50% of funds in Charity do not reach the recipient.
