Focus is the ability to remain steadfast on a desire quest through consistency, dedication and perseverance. Many people give up easily on their quest for success because of some unforseen uncertainty that may be a huddle to the actualization of their dream but I must tell you that giving up is never an option for a soul that is determine to succeed.
It's certain that life is full of challenges and so many obstacles and hindrances but when face with these negativity aspect of life you must persever to keep on the right track with courage and determination, put away every distraction and only put the big pictures of your dreams before you and keep on moving.

This is the very reason why we can't focus, it's because we are distracted by something that boggles our minds. Always picturing out your dreams and goals is a good motivation.

Always think of it so that you won't be distracted with the things of this world. As you look at your situation, if you're solely focus in what you do, you also need to be deaf with people trying to pull you down and tell things badly about you.

Motivation is nore vague term, you need a sturdy cause for achieving what you wanted, it can be your financial background that makes you to move towards further or it can be just an ego that triggered by someone at random situation but what matters is why and what you started this and whenever you feel like giving up just remember why you started that gives the energy bag to get on track.

You will be more focused if you only thought about a specific thing that you want to accomplish. It helps if you picture exactly your goals and how will it feel like to achieve those goals. At least that’s what I like to do to motivate myself to finish a task or do something.

It’s much more realistic to set little goals than jump onto finishing big ones. That will not motivate you at all. So I suggest that you be kinder to yourself and only try to accomplish little tasks and celebrate small wins. From small wins eventually it will get bigger and bigger and you’ll see where it got you someday.

but you know that sometimes giving up is not something wrong, because when you realize that the road is too difficult and the dream is too high to achieve, give up is the best choice. because it is possible that when you have given up there is another opportunity where it is much better than what you lived before and it could bring you to your success. just be sure of what you live, and pray that the road is the best way.

That one remain focus is a state of mind mean while no body can remain focus completely because we leave in environment where many things happen and distract people of their goal, apart from that many to which people focuses are subject to change and that can also deprived your focus turn it to another direction for me one can't completely remain focus as been focused can be relative. For instance in our environment today most people believe in the past that making money is to do White callers job after education or engaging in skill but today people without certificate has knowledge of trading and mining of crypto and investing on crypto and they are making money and those who remain focus as op tag it, are digressing or diversifying into most of this trading even leaving their so called white caller jobs , it means remaining focus is relative and subject to change.

I think about not forcing and forcing things to be done a certain way, simply that we feel satisfied with things. Like in work goals, it is difficult to avoid challenges, but if we view it as a lesson for us to overcome and improve ourselves, a feeling of happiness will appear. Focus often comes with purpose, but I've realized that sometimes just letting things happen naturally and accepting whatever situation happens. Life's endless journey instead of being tied to joy/suffering, calmly accept everything because it is perfection.

Exactly mate that we must never rush , we need to take things step by step even small steps counts as long as we can or we value those things we do to remain focus .

 - Reduce the distractions in your environment.
 - Focus on one task at a time.
 - Try to be more present in the moment.
