IMO, it's IEO. Basically, IEO is an ICO but taking place on an exchange. BitTorrent is a typical example of IEO. Running on an ordinary blockchain (Tron) but BitTorrent was sold out and flying high in the past few days. Its success was contributed a lot by Binance, where tokens are sold.

Since STO needs a lot of guideline and legal framework from government to be completed, I have a strong feeling that IEO will be the trend of 2019. Your thought?

if it will continue to be Trend in the whole year then I definitely had a some confidence with STO and make it more useful for lots of people and the trend is always most important for everyone to be get money in quicktime.

It's difficult to make any prediction at that time of the market. Just trying to predict any trend is even more difficult, but in my opinion do not think we will see unpleasant things, the market is showing little optimism in recent days.

Airdrop through exchanges won't work. We can't say that it's going to be the new trend, just because we have seen it as successful idea with binance. There will be some ICOs going to held by this year but it's not going to be the same as 2017. • The hope of getting instant profits is very high. I'm very sure, this kind of hope can actual make someone easily ignited by emotions, especially when prices decline even though the price only falls slightly. No wonder, if in the end the user character like this's very easily carried away by the current of panic.
• Etc.

Well if the stock market's destroyed, of course many investors will look for other alternatives that can benefit them for example the crypto market. Understanding the situation and conditions of the stock market, I think it's almost the same as the crypto market, so it is possible they will make the cryptocurrency market as their new land in seeking profits. If this can happen, maybe the trend this year will be the 'biggest trend' for the growth of cryptocurrency.

Possibly since the IEO of Bittorent was a huge success. I guess it still depends on the marketing strategy of the team who will handle the project because Justin Sun is one of the well known marketing strategist. Based on what I observe of my whole year in cryptocurrency, most ICO will follow the success of another ICO or just copy their strategy. I also seeing lots of IEO nowadays and LATOKEN is one of those exchanges who supports this type of start ups. Well, Binance is on a different level so that is why Bittorent is now on a bullish trend.

I am coming across this IEO for the first time though have been in this cryptocurrencies market for long.  I know about tron very well and I am holding some unit of tron but this IEO is quite new to me.  Since is the trending things I will like to know more about it in other not to be left behind.  2017, I was able to take the advantage of icos and make some money and I thought the icos was still favourable in investing in 2018 but I lose alot of money.  I think this thread is good for some of us the investors.

I agree with you IEO will be a trend this year if you look at what happened to BTT.
I am sure there will be more IEO that will be raised and succeeded if done by a large exchange that can be trusted.
