DON'T USE HIM

What happened::

First his promises are worth nothing, everytime he says he will deliver on time he fails and delivers atleast 3 weeks late.

Then he uses really bad language and words when you keep on asking him why aren't you delivering.

Lastly, on our most recent transaction I bought 4 google cloud accounts for the price of 24 cpus each according to his quota, then he only sent 3 accounts since 2 weeks and 2 of them were hacked by him or his provider as there was 100 instance in their name which drained over 25% of the account value and were only 8 cpus. So he didn't refund these two accounts nor replace them and the last account till NOW he didn't deliver or refund

He keeps on saying wait wait wait ,its not going to end!

Sorry for your loss but remember to archive his topic using "http://archive.is/" [1] before dealing, contact him using this forum or after signing a message for any social media.
He allows escrow, why not use any trusted member as collateral or online escrow services "Bitify.com"?
Keep this in mind before any deals.

+ Read that topic to get any alarm.

I paid for an account and did not get it so maybe a scam !  Undecided
I will update my post if I get what I paid for..
