While tbh I am not at all optimistic on that. I will wait for a while and move according to how it goes with all the regulations.

The regulations are a good way to prevent scam projects, in this way only good projects live, which is a win-win for both good projects and investors.
The most important thing is how to tread a very fine line with these regulations, to build a healthy cryptocurrency market and meanwhile not hinder the development of it (Like Basis protocol, it raised 133M but stopped by SEC and now they are totally ended). So obviously, there is not a balance now for this...

However, if you are interested in the blockchain projects that have the most potential I would say would be these 5:

2. Marconi Protocol
3. Historia

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, actually I am investor and I am very interested in that project. Bitttorent has large amount of users and from the community part and eco system building it seems better than most of the projects right?

Bittorent is not blockchain based project but it is a decentralization based content sharing project. Moreover, their tokens are Tron network based smart contracts based (something like TRC 10 if I remember correctly).

That is the magic of heavy promotions. Tron itself being intensively promoted by Justin Sun, the head of its dev team and part of their promotional stunts, they have bought bittorent and planned long term based air drop to Tron holders which means Tron may get long lasting investors. Some people have already started predicting comparing tron against ethereum but tron got enormous supply whereas ethereum got unlimited supply. We need to wait some more time to make any conclusion on these.
