Someone made an effort in making a comparison between exchanges. Refer to this:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5079048.0

If such a case that your choice of exchange is not on the list, providing you already read their respective FAQ's but found nothing, you will need to register at the site and from there, you will now know what's the minimum withdrawal amount not just in Bitcoin but for other cryptos as well.

One thing that I do when I need to use multiple exchanges (especially last year when there were multiple forks to be claimed) is to withdrawal XRP. Usually XRP withdrawal fee is very low, like 0,25 XRP.

Then I consolidate XRP from various exchanges in just one, convert XRP to BTC,  and then make one BTC withdrawal.

What is a little surprising is the fact that exchange platforms increased the fee a while back (to avoid to see their clients yelling because their withdraws take too much time (ie. Coinbase) But nowadays the fee charged doesn't make sense, $10 (0.001BTC) for a transaction while you can send the same Tx paying less 5 satoshis/bytes.

You can also lose money by doing as you say, I mean the fees to trade Xcoins>>XRP then XRP<<BTC

Just use Google. Every exchange worth anything has a page which lays out their fees in detail. For example:

https://www.kucoin.com/news/en-fee
https://hbus.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018950111-Withdrawal-Fees
https://www.liquid.com/fee/
https://support.hitbtc.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005148605-What-are-withdrawal-fees
https://tradeogre.com/help/fees
https://www.coinbene.com/fee.html#/fee

Alternatively, you can have a look on this site, which shows both trading and withdrawal fees for each exchange: https://www.cryptowisser.com/exchanges/

Out of all the exchanges you've listed, I know that Liquid will have the lowest withdrawal fee, given that they have free withdrawals.
