I have recently sold a stake in the online casino i'm part owner of. One of the other stake holders did not want to keep investning in improvments for the casino so he decided to sell his stake. We offered his 12.5% stake here on the forum and found a buyer.
However we will need get a new gambling license from Curacao with the owners names registered on, since our license stated the old owners name and is not valid anymore. We did not know about this and have therefore not put aside any money for this quite expensive license. Therfore we need a loan to cover the costs for a new casino license. We will give you the domain login, casino admin login and login to the provider hosting our servers. We will also give you the master email registered to all services used by the casino, this way you will have full control of all casino services and the source code plus having control of the master mail account will prevent us from being able to use account recovery options. Since the software license only can be used at one casino simultaneously it should pass as a non-recoverable physical collateral.
I can provide invoices for the casino script software proving the vaule of our casino. We legally resell our license and source code so turning the collateral into cash or btc should be very easy for you.
We are prepared to pay high interest since the loan is neeeded for us to keep our casino running. We will be able repay very quickly once we have the license and can run the casino again.

No one will give any loan by taking it as collateral. And as further as I think you are not trying to taking a loan. Hence I think you are trying to sell it. Otherwise, you could not provide all these to a lender. And also as if you had all of these then you could take the loan from your known person.
