For some reason, I cannot post an image to an announcement that I want to make. I am not a junior member so I believe I would not be restricted to do that?

The image is 3,16 MB, while the max image size allowed is 2,5 MB. Try making 2 or 3 images of it instead of a big one.

I think you can use some online tools to compress the image like this tool https://compressimage.toolur.com/

It's really helpful to compress an image to meet the image file size. Honestly, I've been seeing images posted in gambling section and it seems I did not see any posters having trouble posting images that is big. OP: You can choose between two choices whether you make it 2 or 3 images or compressed it.
